We partner with Rapid Response, a UL and FM Approved industry leader in the professional delivery of monitoring services. When you are having an emergency and require immediate response, there's no margin for error, and no excuse for a system failure or signal interruption. Your alarm signals must be relayed immediately to the Fire Department or Police Department as necessary. Your emergency instructions must be followed, and the event details must be recorded for review. We will manage your account settings, passcodes and emergency instructions. You have several options available to help you manage your account and have access to timely and valuable information. As an account administrator with WEB-ACCESS, you can go online to review your account activity and perform certain actions, such as suspension of alarms during building maintenance or renovations, fire alarm testing or service, fire sprinkler testing or fire drills.
WEB-ACCESS gives you online access to manage your account.
SUB-DEALER STATUS gives you a single login to manage multiple sites online.
ACTIVITY REPORTS gives reports filtered to fill your information needs and sent to you on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule.
AUTO-PAGING gives you immediate email or cell-phone notifications filtered by signal-type, zone ID, trouble alerts, etc.
Of course, your administrative access will be protected by a secure ID and Password if you have the Web-Access Option.

IF YOU SWITCH TO INTERNET PHONE SERVICE (VOIP):
- Your fire alarm system may not transmit a signal if the internet has technical problems;
- Your fire alarm system may not transmit a signal in the event of a power or phone failure;
- You should have an alternate(backup) means of transmitting alarms, such as a cellular or radio transmitter;
- It is your responsibility to notify your monitoring company if you are switching to internet phone service.
