As a monitored customer, you are under our Silent Sentinel Supervision, with priority service and attention 24 hours a day!
We partner with Rapid Response, a UL and FM Approved industry leader in the professional delivery of monitoring services. When you are having an emergency and require immediate response, there's no margin for error, and no excuse for a system failure or signal interruption. Your alarm signals must be relayed immediately to the Fire Department or Police Department as necessary. Your emergency instructions must be followed, and the event details must be recorded for review. We will manage your account settings, passcodes and emergency instructions. You, as an account administrator, can also go online to review your account activity and perform certain actions, such as suspension of alarms during building maintenance or renovations, fire sprinkler testing or fire drills.
Of course, your administrative access will be protected by a secure ID and Password, which we will authenticate for you if you have a monitoring account with us. Call us if you are an account administrator and require access.

We review your account ourselves every morning, on the alert for unusual signals or activity overnight. We may call you if we notice a problem with one of your phone lines used for alarm communication, for instance. We want you to know about anything that may impede the swift operation of your system or alarm signalling!

WARNING
IF YOU SWITCH TO INTERNET PHONE SERVICE (VOIP):- Your fire alarm system may not transmit a signal if the internet has technical problems;
- Your fire alarm system may not transmit a signal in the event of a power or phone failure;
- You should have an alternate(backup) means of transmitting alarms, such as a cellular or radio transmitter;
- It is your responsibility to notify your monitoring company if you are switching to internet phone service.
